- Continue confirmation of staff safety by phone and visits.

- Confirmation of staff safety is completed.

- Survey and damage recording is completed. Recovery of the Library begins.
- Tuesday, January 24
- Recovery of the Library continues.
- Wednesday, January 25
- Recovery of the equipment like bookshelves is almost completed.

- Recovery of the materials begins. Water service is restored and restrooms
become operational.
- Friday, January 27
- Recovery of the materials is almost completed (except closed bookshelves).
Computer and on-line systems become operational and no problems are recorded.

- Re-open the Library (except closed bookshelves. Library for
Cross-Cultural
Studies and Liberal Arts remained closed). Restart regular operations like
accession & cataloging.

- Restart retrospective conversion.
- Friday, Febrary 3
- Re-open Library for Cross-Cultural Studies and Liberal Arts, only for
researchers.
- Monday, Febrary 6
- Start recovery for closed booksheves (except Library for
Cross-Cultural Studies
and Liberal Arts). Set up kerosene heaters in browsing areas.

- Recovery completed for closed bookshelves for branch libraries (except
Library
for Cross-Cultural Studies and Liberal Arts)

- Restart the service for closed bookshelves (except Library for

- Begin the recovery for closed bookshelves of the Library for

- Library for Medical Science - re-start Inter-Library Loan and the service

re-start service for researchers.

- Steam heating is restored to branch libraries.
