The First Pan Pacific Labour Union Conference was held in Hankow in May 1927. And the second conference was opened in Vladivostok in August 1929. In this paper we examined the contents and results of the conferences. The conferences had three purposes to unite left-wing labour unions at Asia/Pacific areas. The first one was to avoid World War resulting from the conflicts among imperialistic countries at Asian and Pacific areas, the second to conflict with imperialist exploitation and invasion to China and other colonial countries, the third to prevent racial discrimination and ethnocentrism. Many resolutions were adopted for these purposes. It was the first experience for Japanese left-wing labour unionists to attend the international labour conference leaded by Komintern and Profintern which helped to reestablish the Communist Party in 1927. But in Japan left-wing labour unions were oppressed by the government and police authorities. So the resolutions of the conference could not almost be executed in Japan. Secretariat of the conference was established in Shanghai and one representative from Japan was involved in the executive members of the Secretariat. The meetings were held three times between the first and the second conference. It published many pamphlets to file protests against imperialistic countries which prohibited to make left wing labour unions. And it published a journal named "Workers in Pacific Ocean" in some languages. It continued to be published till 1936 in Australia. But at that time Shanghai was occupied by anti-communist group of the Kuomintang. Therefore the activities of the Secretariat had played very limited role to promote Marxist trend under the Komintern and Profintern in Asia/Pacific areas. We can presume that it diappeared around 1933 in Shanghai. After the second conference international connection became weak among left-wing labour unions in Japan.
