In 2025, it is said that one in five people over the age of sixty-five will have dementia in Japan, namely dementia is becoming the Japanese national disease. It is spread the view that it is important that we support the community in order to lead a full life for person with dementia. The author focused on dementia supporter, which is not functioning well. The purpose of study is to reveal how junior high and high school students can contribute their community as dementia supporter, and what kind of the system we need to realize this in Kobe city. The author got the qualification of dementia supporter, collected information about the lecture of it, and looked up the literature of advanced cases, also interviewed the four persons involved. The study disclosed problems such as the schedule, update lessons. The author analyzed the system about this, which consider revising and adding in Kobe city on the basis of advanced cases and interviews. The study concludes students can contribute their community to encourage their family to detect and treat earlier. Furthermore, the author suggests that Kobe city is needed the introducing the system which is the lecture abou: dementia in their school.
